Insider guide
Shopping Town Square.
The story
Town Square Las Vegas is an open-air shopping and dining village at 6605 Las Vegas Blvd S, on the east side of the boulevard south of Mandalay Bay. About 130 tenants line its internal streets around Town Square Park, and shops carry lettered suite numbers such as D-125 or K-124.
It suits locals and visitors who want national chains, a big Whole Foods and some independent shops without a casino walk.
What to Expect
Apple (D-125) sits near Barnes & Noble (D-129) and Sephora (D-131). Ulta Beauty in A-103 has an in-store salon, MAC in K-126 has artists for color matching, and H&M, Abercrombie & Fitch and Bath & Body Works cover the basics. Tommy Bahama shares Suite J-119 with the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, and H.M. Cole in K-122 sells menswear (appointments recommended).
Town Square also has a handful of independents. Wassa Boutique and The Dress Shop sell women's clothing, Dolcessa Swimwear has swimsuits and cover-ups, and Buttercup Baby Co. and Parker Joe are independent kids' shops near the Children's Park. Knight & Day Games stocks board and card games, Blindbox City sells designer blind-box toys, I Love Crystals has stones and minerals, and Viktor Marocq Art sells the artist's own work. The Container Store, Guitar Center and Sky Diamonds round out the list, and Ethel M Chocolates and Le Macaron French Pastries & Lavazza Coffee cover sweets.
Best Time to Visit
Typical hours are Monday to Thursday 10am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 10pm and Sunday 11am to 8pm, with restaurants and bars open later. Smaller shops keep shorter days: Dolcessa lists Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and Viktor Marocq Art closes at 6pm Monday to Thursday. Whole Foods Market is open 7am to 10pm daily. Weekends get busy; weekday afternoons are the easier time to shop.
If You Only Have an Hour
Park in the South garage past Whole Foods. Start with Apple, Barnes & Noble and Sephora, then pick up a box at Ethel M Chocolates in K-124 and finish with a macaron at Le Macaron in M-186.
Where to Eat
The Guest House in Suite K-125 is new to Town Square and serves comfort food and fine dining; OpenTable lists it among its most-booked Las Vegas restaurants. The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in J-119 is the easy lunch, and Whole Foods Market has prepared foods and a bakery if you'd rather eat in the park.
