MICHELIN's first Southwest selection, covering Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah, was revealed at Fontainebleau Las Vegas on August 26, 2026. Las Vegas has 24 restaurants in it, and every one is on this page: 1 with two stars, 3 with one star, 3 Bib Gourmands and 17 Recommended. Sean Christopher, general manager of Restaurant de Joël Robuchon, received the guide's Outstanding Service Award.
